However, the rise of ride sharing apps such as Uber and Lyft and have left many of these tests dated and obsolete in todays rapidly advancing tech environment. To complicate matters, many individuals often drive for both Uber and Lyft. Please discuss whether you believe that Uber drivers should be considered employees instead of contractors?
