Read the assigned chapter material. Find a leader who uses social media to communicate with constituents (followers, employees, fans, etc.). We know it is important for a leader to have an excellent communication strategy and having a social media presence is common. Using the material studied in the assignment, study and evaluate the leader's social presence. For a comprehensive review, study at least 7-10 recent social media post. Identify your observations by discussing what the leader does well, what the leader does not do well, and recommendations for improvement. Determine how the leader can improve his/her presence (including communication) and web traffic to increase engagement.
