Prepare a checklist that you would use to implement the project, assuming you would create a Milestone Chart and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) after reading this contract. Make any assumptions you feel are necessary in order to implement and perform on the contract, making sure you don't materially alter the contract. (Your assigned deliverable is the checklist, and not a more detailed WBS).

Construction Agreement: This Construction Agreement is made this 10111 day of December 2009 by and between Fancy Construction LLC located at 12 Hope Street, Boston, MA (hereinafter called Contractor) and Mary Smith located at 20 Charity Street, Boston. MA (hereinafter called Owner) Construction: Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials necessary to replace ten kitchen cabinets in the home at 20 Charity Street, Boston, MA (hereinafter referred to as Project). Owner warrants that she is the owner of this property and has the legal right to authorize this work. Plans: Contractor shall construct the Project in conformance with the attached Drawing, which describes specications and costs. The Project will be completed in a workmanlike manner.
