You are working in the Commercial and Industrial department of Zedron Facilities, located at 56 Productivity Drive, Singapore 344566. Your department provides facilities management services to clients in the warehousing and logistics sector.

The manager of the department, Ms. Portia Osman, meets the team heads every quarter and she has asked you to be the secretary for the next meeting. This meeting will be conducted 2 weeks later on Thursday 25 August 2022 at 2pm in the conference room. She would like you to draft the necessary pre-meeting documents.

In a short pre-meeting discussion with Ms. Osman, the following issues have been identified to be covered in the meeting. Firstly, the scope of work carried out by ground staff has changed with Singapore's progressive re-opening. Specifically, she is concerned about the issues faced by staff in reinforcing these government requirements, and whether support can be provided to facilitate their duties.

Then, the company will like to explore whether it is possible to regularly test employees for COVID-19 infection. On top of identifying suitable portable test kits, the company will also like to find out what is the most efficient procedure for staff to take these tests.

Finally, the Singapore government has announced that it would be tightening rules on allowing staff to physically return to work, depending on their vaccination status. However, a small percentage of staff remain unvaccinated. The company would also like to discuss whether there may be a need to encourage staff to take the vaccinations, as well as some possible ways to do so.
