CASE

 Your company Bahia Insurance has received a claim from Gregory Abbott a long time client for $200, 000 for damages to his house caused by fire last week. His claims lists shows $80,000 for structural damages to the house, $60,00 for loss of house contents, $25,000 for tools and lawn equipment and 35,000 for his car which was destroyed when the garage burned. On reviewing the claim you have decided that your company will pay for the damages to the house above the $3,500 deductible if the fire marshals report rules out arson, the car however is not covered by the policy. As for the house contents you will need a list of what was destroyed before you can decide how much your company will pay out.
