Assume that you are working as a paralegal for an attorney who is considering representing two siblings who are seeking the right to marry each other. Both are in their 60s. She has asked you to find any law review articles that have been written on the subject and consider writing an interoffice memo in which you identify any arguments that she might be able to raise on their behalf. She would also like for you to identify the counter-arguments that are likely to be raised. Although these potential clients are not of procreative age, the attorney would nonetheless like you to address any additional concerns that would be raised if the couple were still able to have biological children, as procreation is likely to be a major concern of any court.

Hint: One thing to keep in mind is the definition of siblings; thus make sure you find a legal definition of siblings.
