Read the following case. Using Georgia law, write multiple-page brief, including the question presented, brief answer, statement of facts, discussion, and conclusion, making sure you look at all possibilities.

Facts:

Our clients are six residents of a high-rise condominium complex in Atlanta, GA. The ground floor of the complex is occupied by several commercial establishments. Five months ago, one of the commercial units was rented to Better Bodies Gym ("BBG" or "gym"). The gym offers fitness classes starting at 5:00 a.m. and ending around midnight. All classes are accompanied by very loud music. Moreover, the gym's clients hoist barbells, weights, and medicine balls and then slam them onto the gym's floor. Our clients have claimed that noise generated by BBG has become intolerable, disturbing their sleep, causing vibrations of windows and doors, and requiring them to keep their windows closed at all times. The residents complained to BBG two months ago, but BBG has not taken any action or responded. BBG's business is lawful, and it obtained all appropriate permits and licenses to operate the business in the complex.

Legal Questions:
