Once a quarter, employees in the R&D department gather for two days. They review recent activities, discuss successes and failures, and work teogether to bring to the R&D group issues, pooportunities and problems they face in their jobs at rh present moment. The group then collectively works through different scenarios, and works to emplower younger, less experienced workers to be creative and explore a wide range of possibile solutions.
