Enterprise Rental car has been around since 1957 and is very clear and open about its values. Whether on the enterprise website or the home company Enterprise Holding's website there's clear sections in both of their about us sections talking about their values. All of their values revolve around honesty community and customer service.

Enterprise focuses on "Take care of customers and employees first, and everything else will follow" first and foremost. This is clear in the way they do business for all customers whether online or in person. As I've progressed through my career I've gotten to a place where other sites and teams elicit my skills to assist in large or sometimes difficult projects. This has me occasionally traveling all over the country. I've utilized Enterprise countless times for work as well as personal use. I've never had a bad experience with them and if there ever is an issue the staff is always friendly and open to assisting me in correcting the issue in the most convenient way possible. I see many companies boasting on their homepages about what their values or code of ethics is but to truly interact with a company and truly see these values in work is another thing.

Enterprise does not have a code of ethics in the typical sense but refers customers and employees to a code of conduct which covers many of the same points of interest. Their values are reiterated here noting not every situation can be covered, but it is intended as a guideline for achieving and maintaining the highest ethical business practices. One of the items that stood out to me as well was their commitment to the community. This is one of their key values and can be seen in the way they work in surrounding communities and give back. They have a section of their Enterprise Holding website that talks all about the ways they give back which is much larger than I anticipated. This along with my personal experiences leads me to believe the values expressed in their code of conduct truly is how they conduct their business. Enterprise holds the values discussed above very highly and is solid in which values they deem important to their business.
