Read the following scenario. In paragraph format, discuss whether there is a contract between LUC and Junior. Discuss the impact of the typographic error.

Line Used Cars (LUC) frequently advertises the sales of vehicles which includes the vehicle make, model, year, Vehicle Identification Number and price. Often the ad included a pictue of the actual vehicle. In 2020 LUC advertised a used 2015 Tesla Model S that included the VIN and a picture of the vehicle. The ad ran in the local paper with a price of $33,000. Junior Genlisk saw the ad, and went to LUC. After a test drive, Junior said he accepted the offer and gave the salesperson a check for $33,000. The salesperson seeing the check for $33,000 immediately rejected the check. Junior showed the salesperson the advertisment. The salesperson read the advertisement and emphatically insisted that the ad was a mistake. After researching, it was discovered that the newspaper made a typographic error. LUC refused to sale the vehicle to Junior.
