1.You are approached by a prospective client and upon collecting information from him, you find that there is significant evidence of persecution in his homeland based on his religious beliefs. You specialize in economic class and have never handled a refugee application before. What should you do?
2.You are representing a client on a skilled worker application and you forgot to submit a key document in the application package, thereby delaying the processing of the case slightly. What should you do?
3.You are attending a social function where there are several colleagues discussing general details of different types of cases that they have worked on. You have a specific case that you are currently working on that is identical to the scenario one of them is describing. You wish to share these details with your colleagues. What do you do?
4.You are representing a client on a provincial nominee business category application and have been asked if you can assist the applicant in identifying a business that would meet the provincial criteria.
