2. Answer the following questions:
   1. What are the duties that you would like the most? And like the least?
   2. What work environments do you think you would prefer and why?
   3. What experience and education is required for those careers?
   4. How are the hourly and yearly salaries for those positions?
   5. Of similar occupations, which job has the potential to earn the most money? (Think about this... it is not always the obvious!)
3. Visit the USDL website about Food Service Manager and answer the following questions:
   1. Which of the multiple responsibilities of a Food Service Manager you like the most? Why?
   2. Which of the multiple responsibilities of a Food Service Manager you dislike? Why?
