read the passage below

Feuerstein's morals guided him; he felt responsible for making sure that his employees were taken care of after the Malden Mills burned down right before the holidays. Feuerstein's morals are built by his caring character and his religion. Even though it would have been ethically okay to move the factory overseas, to produce for less money since labor and material are cheaper overseas, he chose not to. Feuerstein decided to rebuild the factory in Massachusetts so his employees could keep their jobs. Another generous act was that he paid his employees, regardless of the factory not producing and the employees not working.

Feuerstein did not see himself as anything better because he was the company owner. He valued his employees and what they did for the company. These examples show that Feuerstein was driven by his morals to do good for everyone. He could've taken money from the insurance and been well off, but he chose to make sure everyone was taken care of.
