You are on a team with four coworkers: Dallas, from accounting; Devin, from marketing; Jaime, from customer service; and Kaden, an intern. The team has been asked to plan the annual holiday party. At your first planning meeting two months ago, everyone was excited. You all agreed to come back with certain tasks accomplished. Unfortunately, you haven't made much progress since. Each time the team gets together, you disagree about everything. Some team members feel that the holiday party should be formal; others think it should be casual. Some feel that the party is very important for company morale; others think attendance will be low, so it doesn't matter anyway. The team can't seem to negotiate any acceptable solutions and move forward.Furthermore, at the last few meetings, Jaime has wanted to talk about upcoming personnel changes in the customer service department. Dallas hasn't stopped criticizing others and complaining. Devin doesn't show up for meetings. Kaden has worked hard to smooth out any team differences, but you are the only one who has tried to make sure that everyone gets heard and that the team is making progress.

Consider the following team roles, and then answer the following questions
