The Royal Mission Hospital is a 200 bedded multi-specialty hospital. They have their own document publishing department looking after the designing and development of all documents such as marketing, tax/accounting documents standards according to the organisational and legislative requirements. The hospital publishes annually a "year review" publication, every quarter a professional development magazine, bimonthly a communication newsletter. They also produce a number of reports, release plan, meeting minutes, operational plan etc. throughout the year. Organisation spends a lot of time in researching, creating and testing of business documents such as business case, project plan, requirements and reports published at the Hospital. They also use macros and information capabilities to improve the documentation standards. The hospital has created their own style guide to ensure all documents are prepared, reviewed and published according to the criteria approved by the board of directors and hospital management.
Your position/role:
