However, the new regulations have resulted in a slew of challenges for Jamaica's most vulnerable; including children who may not be able to access public passenger vehicles without suitable child restraints.

1. As a concerned parent, draft an open letter of complaint outlining the difficulties children are experiencing getting to and from school. (10 marks)
2. The President of Jamdown Taxi Association has called a meeting with its members to discuss the impact of the new Road Traffic Act and Regulations as well as determine the strategies for dealing with it. As the Secretary of the Association:
   1. Draft the Notice of Meeting (5 marks)
   2. Draft the Agenda for the meeting (5 marks)
3. As the President of the Jamdown Taxi Association, do a Report to be sent to the Ministry of Transport and Mining summarizing the outcome of the meeting; including challenges the members are experiencing. (20 marks)
4. The Government of Jamaica is aware that the implementation of the Road Traffic Act and Regulations has brought undue hardship to motorists and the public and is willing to examine the terms of the Act. As the communication specialist in the Ministry of Information, draft the Press Release to provide general awareness of the Plans the GOJ has to address the issue. (20 marks)
