                                                                               Body

One of the reasons why people get out of shape is change of routine. Like graduating high school, graduating college, starting a new job, moving to a new city, and getting into a relationship or having kids. Another reason can be because they end up getting injured. Injuries are more at risk due to lack of strength and weakness. More frequent pains can appear in the body, like aches in the neck, shoulders and in the back. To avoid more damages to the body is to start doing daily exercise. Exercise can avoid any further damage to the body. One of the worst side effects that the body can have from being out of shape is, how it affects your brain. Studies have shown that being out of shape can affect the memory and it can progress as they get older. The brain will have a hard time solving problems while brain storming ideas. It can also affect the information processing speed when certain situations arise. Stress is another factor that low activity can make hard to deal with. For example, if you are stressed because of fear, an upcoming event or a family member is sick, it can be hard for the brain to manage.

Another good reason to getting fit is, it makes the body have a faster metabolism, maximizing lean body fat and increase your metabolic rate.

Being fit, reduces the chance of getting sick, or a long-term disease. for example, cholesterol which is caused by eating fatty foods, not exercising, being overweight, smoking and drinking alcohol. High blood pressure which is caused by unhealthy lifestyle choices, such as not getting enough regular physical activity. Certain health conditions such as diabetes and obesity, can also increase the risk for developing high blood pressure. Joint pains which can be caused by being overweight or arthritis due to overweight. Staying fit can prevent certain cancers which are caused by smoking, radiation, viruses, cancer causing chemicals, obesity, hormones, chronic inflammation and lack of exercise. It can also reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes which is caused by overweight, obesity, and physical inactivity. And finally metabolic syndrome which is caused by overweight or obesity and inactivity. In addition, it's a good support to your immune systems. Staying fit can also help reduce the chance of getting injured because it helps increase and maintain muscle mass and strength. On top of that it can also help alleviate anxiety and depression. Also, it can help increase the chances of living longer and helps lower the risk of premature death from all causes. Other benefits of being fit is, it can help manage your weight, it also improves your ability to do everyday activities.
