Open the Org Transformation TemplateLinks to an external site.. Make a copy of it so you could edit it $($File $>$ Make a Copy$).$ Read Slide $1$ and use Template $1$ only.

The template will guide you to make a high level diagnosis and change plan for the organization.

Start at Box $1$: compose a Vision for Change for the planned change for Lakeshore. What is the compelling vision that would rally the organization to support and achieve Hailstrom's plan?

In Box $4,$ briefly describe the Target Condition based on what you read and your Iceberg analysis. Use bullet points.

In Box $2,$ briefly describe the Current Condition, centering on the key issues that demonstrate resistance from the organization. Are the issues individual or group$-$based? Try to identify instances of both. Use bullet points.

In Box $3,$ list ways to address the issues and points of resistance in the organization so that you may bring it towards the Target Condition.

Use ideas from the lessons so far or do additional research on tips and tricks about initiating and sustaining change, responding to resistance, etc. Incorporate your findings in your answers to the template. Make sure the ideas in all boxes from $1-4$ align with each other. Make sure there are no extraneous or needless elements in your transformation plan for Lakeshore. Add an additional slide and insert your Iceberg diagram or table.
