Read the Wojcik article. Follow the second option described in the article for writing a Rule Explanation Paragraph. Watch the Rule Explanation Paragraph video. Start the paragraph with a sentence that explains the exercise of physical control. Then, cite the case from which you have pulled the explanation (Case #2). In the next 3-4 sentences, state facts from the case that will help you explain the rule. In the last 1-2 sentences, explain how the court applied that rule to the facts to arrive at its conclusion on this part of the rule. Make sure to incorporate citations after every sentence.
