He wants to keep all of them working for the company as long as he possibly can, and he thinks he has some good ideas about new technology products the store can sell to stay in business. Last week, however, he noticed that some of his employees didn$$t seem as happy as they usually do$.$ Noel decided to discuss the problem with his wife, Selma.

When Noel told Selma what was going on$,$ she said, $$You know, Noel, your employees might not be feeling stress for the same reasons you do$.$ I took a course in organizational behavior in college, and it turns out that different researchers believe that stress comes from different places.
