Reading about this Generation, it's clear to see how some of the biggest friction lies between Boomers and Millennials, mainly due to the way they were bought up. Due to being raised by helicopter parents that coached their children throughout their childhood, Millennials starting work seeking a Loco Parentis Management style are going to potentially experience some challenges fitting-in and adapting to the workplace. Especially with Boomers who don't like to be coached and receive feedback. Boomers may struggle to coach and motivate Millennials to reach their maximum potential, as they aren't as strong in this area of continuous feedback. Gen Xers may also struggle to provide environments that allow Millennials to reach their maximum potential as they are so skeptical of authority.
