Real estate agents from the same company can hire each other to purchase and sell their own homes. Keep track of real agent first and last names along with their date of hire. Each agent may hire more than one other agent over time but can only hire one agent per house purchased. Similarly, each agent may represent many other agents in their house purchasing decision. Agents do not need to represent each other in personal house purchasing decisions. Track the purchase date and purchase price of the house for every house sold that involves agents hiring each other for representation.
