PART 1:

Is about REITs in general. The meaning, origination, how it works, pros and cons, listed companies in the Saudi market, how to invest, and risks.

PART 2:

Each group is assigned to prepare a short report (no more than 7 pages) about a specific fund, including the funds overview, real estate investments, and rate of return calculated based on monthly closing price from Jan 2021 to Jan 2022. Al RAJHJ REIT
