I am able to track my activities throughout the weeks excursuses by being able to use my Apple Watch and the workout app on it describing what type of workout I will going to be exercising, Since there is no kettlebell training in the app I use traditional strength training to help correctly inform me what I am going to be tracking. Question 2.) I have used another tracker before but It was not at all as informational to be used, It was Pen and Paper. It's very easy to Start being able to track out and plan out your workout with Kettlebell Training beforehand. With this being said yes you are able to track your current BPM and as well as your Calories you are working off. But those are just the pros to being able to workout with an Apple Watch and its workout app, although this is great you are not able to track your reps, your weight listed, your certain workout. So therefore overall I believe you can choose either or to begin your workout but based on which you are seeking the reps and weight or
