RECALL a time when you were a client at a vet clinic, and your pet required a procedure to be performed (vaccines, blood collection, urine collection, x-rays, etc.)

How did the staff go about applying restraint techniques? Was it done in front of you, or in a treatment area behind closed doors? DISCUSS how you felt about this. Would you have preferred your pet be with you during the procedure, or would you rather not see your pet restrained? Why?
