Recently enacted state laws convey fundamental rights exist for individuals to receive a college education and to obtain home ownership. Using case law, the Constitution, Federalist Papers, the videos, articles... we examined in this class (do not utilize any materials we did not examine in this class or you will not receive credit for said utilization), discuss whether these issues should be fundamental rights, or not. Be certain to convey why both issues should or should not be fundamental rights and support your answers with course content. Then, convey which legal branch of government has the most power and authority to further support these laws or void them.
