What topic provides you with passion that you would like to inspire others about? This assignment is going to give you the opportunity to educate and inspire. We all love the inspiration of Ted Talks and here is your opportunity!

For this assignment, you will create a 3-5-minute video on YouTube as part of our Herzing Talks series. Your audience will be your classmates (individuals within the behavioral health sector) as you will also post this video in Unit 6's discussion question board.

For your video please provide:

An inspirational and educational talk on a topic surrounding any specific DEI issue that you are passionate about. During this presentation please provide:

• Opening: An opening statement that will get your audience's attention. This statement should introduce the topic through a story, an example, statistics, a picture, or other means to make a statement about your topic. Be creative to create an understanding of the topic you are going to address. You should provide a clear understanding in your opening about what the problem is.
• Content: Discuss why we should care about this topic. Provide additional information, education, societal implications, statistics, visuals, stories, and examples that represent this issue. The content should be factual and backed with research when appropriate.
• Closing: Create a call to action. Provide a statement about what we as your audience needs to do to address this DEI issue and why. This should be specific and create a specific task for people to conduct to reduce the issue
