Recognizing that a situation raises ethical concerns, formulating an ethical opinion, choosing to act ethically, and carrying that decision out are all components of ethical decision-making. A fundamental business ethic is established when moral difficulties are resolved in commercial transactions by applying rules or norms and asking what is right or wrong, good, or bad. People are guided by ethics while making choices that are partially based on things that have already been specified. Making decisions can be given a new dimension and a different perspective thanks to ethics.

1. Environmental Concern:- The manufacturers of garments in the past gave little to no thought to environmental harm. This was because the fashion industry was not as large as it is today. However, as the business has grown and changed over time, there has been a significant increase in the harm done to the environment and natural resources.

2. Body Shaming:- Certainly, the fashion business does engage in unethical behaviour here as well. If you'd paid close attention, you'd notice that almost all the models who walk on the ramps or represent a given fashion brand are abnormally thin. This creates the false impression in people's minds that being thin and skinny equals beauty. As a result, society starts to condemn people for their weight, whether they are thin or not. The same culture also accuses women who are excessively thin of being malnourished. Body shaming has contributed to serious problems like suicides as well.

3.Health and Safety Risks:- It is certain that workers' health is at serious risk due to continual exposure to hazardous pesticides, poisonous dyes, and chemicals. Health concerns that they frequently experience include migraines, frequent vomiting, memory loss, breathing disorders, seizures, and even death.

Reply to the above discussion by expanding on one of their points and relating their point to the "Ethical Decision-Making Model" (de Janasz, Dowd and Schneider, 2022, p. 56).

PS- Should provided three points for a total of nine points.
