Tentative Thesis Statement:While both traditional incarceration and restorative justice practices offer potential benefits for juvenile offenders, a comprehensive evaluation of their long-term effectiveness, considering recidivism rates, victim satisfaction, and offender rehabilitation, suggests that restorative justice practices demonstrably reduce recidivism and promote positive outcomes for all stakeholders compared to traditional incarceration.
