Ref: Article 1305-1355 Civil Code of the Philippines

Problem:

Tonying wants to sell his computer which is 2 years old. He places and advertisement on the student bulletin board at Saint Louis College offering the computer for P10,000. Tony sees the offer and telephones Tonying and says he will buy it for the asking price of P10,000. Tonying accepts the offer and says he will bring it to the school the next day. Soon after, Tonying finds out that the computer is worth P20,000 and now refuses to hand over the computer to Tony and says he would like to withdraw his offer. Advice Tony whether Tonying can withdraw his offer.
