Refer to the "21st Century Onboarding" Case at the end of Chapter 8 in the Mathis & Jackson text. Enter Forum 2.2 and answer all of the questions that accompany the case.

After having posted your response, critique the posting of a minimum of two of your colleagues, preferably two individuals whose answers were materially different than your own. Finally, post a short critique of an orientation program that you have personally experienced.

Responding to peers

As you discuss, imagine that you are having a discussion with your peer. Your responses should draw out additional information or ideas, encourage or coach, or add content to the discussion. Ideally, you should also return to your own posting and respond to those who have responded to you. In order to ensure that all members of the class are engaged, please choose to respond to those who have no responses first.
