Adam and Berry have adjoining Houses in a nice neighborhood. Adam's house abuts a main street; hence, he dan easily access the public road. Berry has no access to the public road, but this has not been a problem as he can get to where he wants to by travelling through an alley at the back of his house. That alley has now been closed because of the construction of new townhouses. Adam and Berry agree that Adam will grant an easement for Berry to cross his property.
