ACK from B, and B has to receive the complete (375+40 bytes) packet from A before relaying it
to C. If node A starts transmitting the first packet at time t=0, calculate the time at which node
C receives the full message. Assume c=2108ms, and ignore processing and queuing delays
(use transmission and propagation delays only)
