From the Memory Jogger Pocket Guide, choose any 5 tools that you are inexperienced in using. Then, following the instructions provided in the guide, practice using each tool in a real-life setting. Choose a work setting or from school. A healthcare setting is preferred. The idea is to gain real-life experience using the tool.

2. Summarize the experience using each of the 5 Memory Jogger tools using the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) format.

3. Here's how: a. Plan - How did you setup the exercise? What question will be addressed and what is the expected result?

b. Do - Describe how you conducted the exercise
