  1. Reflect and write the paragraph in which you argue how the legal system affects or affects the operations of a business. Do you agree or disagree with the system of law.
  2. You find similarities or differences from them. Indicate whether you agree or disagree and why.
  • The Law system has a significant impact on the operations of a business. First, it provides a legal framework that defines the rules and regulations that businesses must follow. This includes laws on contracts, intellectual property, employment, taxes, among others. These laws help maintain a fair and equitable business environment, protecting both businesses and consumers. For example, contract laws allow companies to make legally binding agreements with other companies and customers. This provides security and predictability, as companies can trust that contracts will be respected and fulfilled. If one party fails to meet its contractual obligations, the other party may seek legal redress. Additionally, intellectual property laws protect a company's innovations and creations, allowing it to benefit from its own ideas and efforts. This encourages innovation and competition, which is beneficial for the economy as a whole. On the other hand, employment laws and labor regulations protect the rights of workers, ensuring that they are treated fairly and equitably. This may include laws regarding minimum wages, hours of work, workplace safety, among others. Finally, tax laws define how and how much companies must pay in taxes. This can affect a company's profitability and its ability to invest and grow. In general, I agree with the Law system as it provides a necessary framework for the operation of business. However, it is also important that laws and regulations are fair and equitable, and do not impose an unnecessary or disproportionate burden on businesses.
  • The framework of a system of law has been in force for a long time and is all based on the experience provided by history. That from the beginning, negotiating was and is necessary, but based on the experiences lived, it has been regulated in the most fair or pertinent way that the human being of that moment has considered beneficial. Since those times, efforts have been made to increase rights to maintain order and justice. This order contributes to regulations in prices, distribution and health, for example. So I agree because if society could come to an agreement more quickly, effectively and in a balanced way, we would be able to heal some of the problems that affect the world's population, but definitely, even with what we have, many of us are blessed to be able to enjoy the benefits that these rights provide
