Reflect on the use of approved framework in your practices and discuss the reflection process and outcome with your supervisor on two (2) occasions. The discussion focus on: o Describing your practice where the approved frameworks are used o Explaining what, why and how the vision and principles of approved frameworks are used in your practice o Describing the consequences of the use of frameworks and the situations/ experiences where the use of the framework has positively supported children's learning o Sharing the areas of improvement for own skills, and the strategies for achieving the improvements o Asking supervisor's feedback about the areas of strength and the areas requiring improvement o In collaboration with supervisor, identify steps to be taken to improve identified areas
