Reflect on what you have learned in all eight modules. You wrote a Profile of Leaders paper on in Module 4 over four individuals: Jeff Bezos, Oprah Winfrey, Aliko Dangote and Simon Sinek. Now, think about your own personal Leadership Profile. Go through each module and reflect on what you have learned and how you can apply this to your current role/situation whether personal, professional or both. Address the following:

1. What leadership theory most aligns with you and where you are at in your personal/professional journey. Why? Explain.
2. What effective characteristics of effective leaders do you see in yourself if any. Why? What skills do you possess? What leadership style do you prefer? How are you applying all this w/in your organization?
3. Are you more task-driven or more relationship-driven in your leadership style? Why? Explain. Provide examples.
4. Do you currently have a vision for yourself personally/professionally? Articulate your vision. Does your vision align with that of your organization? What about your followers?
5. What do diversity and inclusion mean to you personally/professionally? How can this be achieved in your current role/organization?
6. How do you manage conflict w/in your organization?
7. What obstacles do you currently face to be an effective leader? Why? Explain.
8. Put it all together. What does all this mean to you personally/professionally? Also, what did you learn from this course (most impactful module)? What was repetitive (least impactful module)? What can be changed/altered for you to have a more engaging experience?

This research/reflection paper should be at least five full pages long with a minimum of five sources. All sources must be cited on your works cited page. In addition, the textbook must be a documented source, along w/ at least two of the videos. Failure to cite or citing incorrectly will automatically mean failure of this assignment and referral to student conduct at your home institution. Please be thorough, creative, and fun in this assignment. I want to be able to see (read) that you are making connections and that you can apply the material learned from all eight modules - as this is a comprehensive final assignment. Therefore, detailed examples, storytelling, and quotes are a great way of showing this.
