There are going to be times when all team members do not agree on certain topics. Nonetheless, you should always maintain your impartiality and be completely unbiased as the Project Manager. Byars (2018) tells us that addressing and including the objections of all parties involved presents you as being fair, honest, and transparent, which makes it more likely that other parties will work with you on future proposals. Conflicts are inevitable and should not be avoided. Despite the possibility of disagreements, they are normal and can be resolved professionally. By consciously integrating ethical principles into their structure, Project Managers can preserve a positive influence on the people they affect through their daily operations while also taking into account the interests of all parties involved on their project
