Reflection \# 2 (10\% of Final Grade): Diversity and Inclusion Practices As we have explored in the past weeks, organizations must work to identify, address, implement, and assess what diversity and inclusion practices they have. Are practices reflective of the organization's demographics? Are they lacking input and inclusion from a group of employees that would serve the organization's mission, vision, and values? What needs to change to make an organization more inclusive and diverse? Is it possible or is the organization doing well in their efforts? Gathering the information you have - what has been discussed in class lectures and discussions, information from various readings, personal and/or professional experiences, and any real/theoretical knowledge you may possess, present a one-to-two page reflection on an organization of your choosing. Are you able to identify ways in which their business could benefit from a more robust policy of diversity and inclusion? Present your findings to these questions. In your reflection, provide if you are surprised by any of your findings - does this change the way in which you perceive the organization? What critical analysis might you make if you were an HR Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner reviewing an organization prior to entering the workplace? There are no right or wrong answers with a reflection, but there should be fully thought-out statements, which can be defended and/or supporting with information you have considered. If you are referencing an organization's report, policies, etc. please ensure that you are including a
