This reflective assessment is related to your experience of working on a project with a culturally diverse team. In this assessment, you are expected to reflect on an instance(s) in which your project team experienced a challenge(s). What was the nature of these challenge(s)? In what ways, if any, were these challenge(s) because of cross-cultural influences? How were these challenges managed? What is your action plan for managing such challenges better in future? If the team did not experience any challenges, what factor(s) explain such a process?

You are expected to write the reflection essay (word count 1200 - 1400 words, excluding the references) using the DIEP (Description, Interpretation, Evaluation, Plan) reflection model OR Ryan and Ryan's (2015) 4R Model (Reporting, Relating, Reasoning and Reconstructing). You are expected to follow the structure of your chosen reflection model with distinct headings in your essay.

Please make sure that you connect and analyze your experiences using one or more concepts discussed in the class. Use 3 scholarly sources (one of them may be your textbook) to support your analysis.
