Regarding collaboration and communication tools, I have gotten used to Teams as well and have come to appreciate the features. I do like that the recording is "linked" to the meeting for easier retrieval and you get a notification when the recording is available. The transcription feature is great too if you just need to get back to a comment really quickly and you can quickly read thru the transcript to get what you need. Lastly, I like the fact that any information shared in the chat during the meeting is accessible later, in zoom, you'd have to save the info (like when we ask for the name of a team or link to a resource) to another location for easy retrieval.
