Regarding my Qualitative Research Proposal with a topic of Leadership within the subtopic of time management:

• What is the statement of the problem? With at least two citations and references for my reference.

• What is the purpose of this study and the research question that could be used? With references and citations for my reference.

• Which worldview best aligns with my proposed study and why? Postpositivist worldview, constructivist worldview, transformative worldview, or pragmatic worldview. With cited sources and references for my reference.

• Which one of the qualitative designs (descriptive method, grounded theory, phenomenology, narrative, ethnography, generic qualitative inquiry, or case study) best aligns with my proposed study and why? With cited sources and references for my reference?

• What is the role of the researcher, specifically for qualitative research? The role of the qualitative researcher is more than just "the instrument to collect data." With cited sources and references for my reference.

• How would data be collected (interviews, focus groups, or/and observations)? How long would the procedures take, and how would the procedures be conducted (in-person/video call), etc. With cited sources and references for my reference.

• Describe the type of analysis and steps of data analysis to be used (such as inductive thematic analysis) with cited sources and references for my reference.

• What would the strategies for validating the findings be? With cited sources and references for my reference.

• Describe the sample (the specific group within the greater population that data will be collected from), and describe the participants (who, how many, where from, etc.).

• Describe the informed consent process, IRB approval, protection of the participants, etc. Regarding ethical issues. With cited support and references for my reference.

• Describe how the findings from past peer-reviewed research studies that are similar to my proposed study lead to what you expect to find from your own data collection if the study was actually conducted. Do not use dissertations or websites as sources for your proposal. With at least three other scholarly sources. Remember that this research is proposed. It hasn't occurred yet, meaning all of the language of the proposal should be in future tense.
