1) Write out the law for what an employer has to do if an employee quits, when do have to give them their last paycheck?

2) Bob works for Cool Air conditioning and gets paid each Friday.On Monday May 14, after Bob works all day, he comes to you and says he found another job and is quitting.He then tells you that by law you must pay him right now.Please write out exactly what you will tell Bob including when he will get that last paycheck.

3) If an employee is fired, when do you have to give them their last paycheck?

4) If you are due two weeks- vacation and you give notice that you are leaving the company, and the company has no written policy on paying vacation, does the employer have to pay you the two weeks -vacation you never took? Back up your answer with quoting the law.
