Regarding to the resolution of ethical content, I think it is very important for companies to have anonymous helplines available to employees. There are so many employees who are worried of retaliation when reporting something, but if there is an anonymous way to do so, they may be more apt to say something. I know Fred Meyer has an Ethics Hotline where people can do that, and the information goes to the district HR coordinator to research. They do not see the person's name, but the employee can decide if they want to be contacted or not. I think it is a great tool for companies and employees to use to keep everyone honest
