- The independent variable would be the X which is the systolic blood pressure.
- The dependent variable would be the Y which is the weight.
-Without drawing a scatter plot, would you expect a positive, negative or no correlation? Explain.
- Without drawing a scatterplot, I would expect to see a positive correlation. With positive correlations, as X increases, Y also increases. This seems to be happening with this data.

- I would also expect to have a strong correlation because the values all seem pretty near each other. I created a scatter plot, and most points do stay pretty near if not on the linear trendline.

- r = 0.97;This confirms I have a solid correlation because the r is exceptionally close to the value of 1.
