Review a variety of information sources including legislative and regulatory frameworks relating to the development and implementation of the operational plan. Consider if and how these regulations/ laws impact your operational plan.

You will also need to review your organisational policies, procedures and practices that relate to the operational plan.

1.	Industrial Relations NSW	Deals with all aspects of Human Resources and employment - e.g. the correct AWARD (official work conditions, pay rates and other entitlements (superannuation) overtime rates etc - for a specific job type - MA000000009).
2.	Work Health & Safety	Workcover in NSW - e.g. QR codes and Vax certificates, 1.5 distancing of guests etc
3	Food Safety	Who is the regulatory board? And what is their purpose?
4	Department of Fair Trading or ACL (Australian Consumer Law)	Consumer safety and ethics and complaints
