Relate your own definition of success to this post. My professional career began at the Dayton Veterans Hospital, where I worked in the cardiac department for over 25 years. With the shocking introduction of COVID-19 and its impact on my physical health as a first responder, I decided to open my eyes to other career options that interest me; management and leadership have always been one of my favorites. I decided to further my education and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management. I now work for the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities as a Service and Support Administrator and enjoy every aspect of it. I am pursuing my degree at Walden University, which will assist me further in gaining more knowledge on dynamic leadership skills.
