Relate your own definition of success to this post. My professional career began at the Dayton Veterans Hospital, where I worked in the cardiac department for over 25 years. With the shocking introduction of COVID-19 and its impact on my physical health as a first responder, I decided to open my eyes to other career options that interest me; management and leadership have always been one of my favorites. I decided to further my education and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management. I now work for the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities as a Service and Support Administrator and enjoy every aspect of it. I am pursuing my degree at Walden University, which will assist me further in gaining more knowledge on dynamic leadership skills. I want to use my journey at Walden to help me improve my abilities to be an agent for positive change, bring out the best in others, improve time management, and create a clear and compelling vision for the educational goals they want to achieve as a professor for ladies in the Women's Correctional Institute.
