Remember you first produced the Business Case / Project Charter and then determined the scope and submitted WHAT needed to be delivered to customer as WBS, and now it is time to work on the Risk Management planning processes. You will learn Risk Management next week.

Here are the details regarding the Running Project Assignment - RPA#3 on Risks. In a Group setting you are required to work and deliver as the following, as also lectured in the class. Please use your own selected topic to apply your learnings.

1- Identify Risks in an MS Excel file. Risk identification matrixwith Risk ID, name, description, risk owner, and keep populating the file** with the additional information you will produce with your team members

2- Perform Qualitative Risk Analysison identified risks matrix / table as in impact or consequence, probability of occurrence, (High, medium, low)

3- List qualified risks in priority order from high to low and show them in an impact vs. likelihood graph

4- Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis*(i.e. convert the approximate values in #2 to numerical values and calculate risk factors for each risk)

5- List quantified risks in priority order from most expensive to least expensive and show them on an impact vs. likelihood graph

6- Prepare sample risk response plansfor the top 3 risks

Submit 1 MS Excel file with 1+6 tabs for each of the steps above per team. 1 file per team please, the first tab shall include the team member names, numbers, etc.
