Ren Hoek is a transporter of airport passengers for New Age Shuttle Company (New Age). His area is strictly set by New Age in Philadelphia and New Jersey. Ren pays certain fixed expenses for which he is reimbursed, such as tolls and gas, and use of a minivan provided by New Age which is serviced by New Age. He also follows a strict schedule, has various rules to follow and the rates that are charged are set by the company. New Age does not withhold any taxes from his bi-weekly paycheck.
